To automatically create your account and open a ticket at the same time, you may email:support@evolvedsoftwarestudios.com For your convenience, you can also email a support ticket to us, using the "Send Feedback" feature within Gateway Solver.

Technical support is offered on a first-come first-served basis, and customers with a valid priority support subscription will take priority.

All support incidents are free of charge and require a ticket to be opened to start, and the ticket will be closed once your query has been handled.

You will need an email address to receive technical support. Customers logging tickets via a paid support account will receive a priority on support.
