Yes! We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption as required by the Government Gateway in order to transmit your sensitive data across the internet. This is the same technology as used by online banking and government services to keep your data safe from prying eyes online.

Yes. We are proud to be one of the first vendors to have our software fully recognised for filing online on the new Construction Industry Scheme. We sent consultants to attend HM Revenue & Customs workshops and have a strong working relationship with all levels of HM Revenue & Customs.
...how is Gateway Solver licensed?
Gateway Solver is freely downloadable from our website and contains all the modules for CIS, PAYE, VAT and CT. However in order to use these modules for live submission you need to first have a valid subscription. Subscriptions are sold on a per-computer, per-company basis and you can see a list of all the companies and forms you can submit from the "My Account" screen. If you would like to purchase addition subscription time you can do so from our online shop.

"Can CIS Solver"...
...import data from our software product?
Yes! CIS Solver can import a Monthly CIS300 return from any software package, including Microsoft Excel which is capable of producing CSV (comma seperated variable) files. Some preferred software packages, like EasyBuild, have CIS Solver support built-in making the process even easier. If you have your own specific data file format, we can tailor CIS Solver to import from it as a bespoke consultancy service for you. Please contact us for more information on bespoke software development.
...import subcontractor information from our software product?
Yes! CIS Solver can import subcontractor data from any software package which is capable of writing to the CSV (comma seperated variable) file format.
...be used on more than one computer/workstation?
Yes, although multiple licenses are required. CIS Solver is a standalone software product, which is installed on a workstation. Only the workstation which is used to make your monthly returns and verifications needs a license. For discounts on bulk purchases of licenses, please contact us.
...allow me to enter my own verifications and monthly returns?
Yes! All you need to do is type in the information you wish to send (that is, subcontractor details for verifications, subcontractor payments for the monthly return) and then click "Transmit Now". Use CIS Solver like you would use a spreadsheet, fill in the grid and click to transmit. In this way, CIS Solver is the premiere solution for small contractors wishing to make a managable number of verifications or returns in real-time.

Is PAYE Solver really free for EasyBuild Customers?
Yes. If you are an EasyBuild Customer, you may use our software free of charge to submit your pre-prepared P35/P14 End of Year return online. There is a standard P35/P14 form which is currently in development for other customers.
When will PAYE Solver standalone be available?
We are currently working on the standalone features for PAYE Solver to support End of Year and In-Year filing forms. Please download Gateway Solver, providing your email address and we will let you know when the PAYE Solver module is available.
